Our company will produce the order according to the customers� designs. However, the customers are liable to any legal alleged when their designs violate the patents or copy-rights of third parties.

    The production process is normally within 20-45 days after receives the confirmation from the customers. Then the order will be delivered the order as soon as the company receives the wire transferred from the customer. To help us trace your payment easier and make the delivery time shorter, please fax or send the email us the transferred document as soon as possible. The delivery will be done through any carriers available for F.O.B. Bangkok.

In common, minimum order is worth at least US$ 1,000 or at least 50 pieces. Sample order or first trial will be considered by our staffs for the terms and condition.

The payment is done through T/T into 2 installments: Deposit of 30% from the total amount is required in form of cash and transferred payment to bank account. When the order is completed and ready to be delivered the company will immediately will send the pro-forma invoice to customers to ask the customers to transfer the remaining balance to us.       Price will be quoted on F.O.B rate which the customers have to be responsible for all transaction cost (i.e. money exchange and transferred fee). Due to the unstable in cost raw material and factors of production, the price is subject to change without prior notice. In addition, the price in each quotation will be valid for 7 days after quotation is sent to customer.

    Return, Reproduce or refund is done when the products are found not in accordance to purchase order or defected by our side only. These must be made by within 2 weeks after the order is delivered to the customers and approved prior by us only.  Shipping fee and insurance are non-fundable.
